A 4-Step Guide to Healing Emotional Trauma

The ability to manage your emotions is absolutely crucial in the game of life. Many of us spend so much time living in a state of disease, that it practically becomes our typical way of being. And can you blame us? With so many problems in modern society, even just the stress of managing your finances alone can be enough to make you fall into a depression if you don’t know how to properly manage your emotions.

This is also one of the topics of occulted information that is not consciously taught in schools or by our parents, probably because they never really learned it themselves–they just figured it out as they went along in life (or probably never figured it out at all).

So let me just stop here for a minute to say something. Knowing how to do this is really damn important. This information could literally change your life, so please pay attention.

It’s nothing you don’t already know, per se, but when you become fully conscious of how emotional processing actually works, you will be able to use this method like running anti-virus software on your computer, and once you become practiced at it, you won’t even have to consciously think about doing it any more, it will just become second nature–like knowing how to go to the bathroom–only in this case, dumping your emotional garbage.

So here is how it works. Let’s say someone close to you recently passed away, and you’re having trouble dealing with it. Every time you think about that person, you fall into a depression, an abysmal feeling of hopelessness knowing that you will never be able to see that person again during this lifetime.

This feeling of despair is so overwhelming that it paralyzes you. You can’t go out, you can’t get out of bed, can’t exercise, whatever. It’s just too hard to deal with the pain.

This feeling could also come from other situations like going through a break-up with a romantic partner or having something humiliating happen to you in public. Whatever the case, the basic process for dealing with it is the same.

Step 1: Identify that You are Emotionally Disturbed

Before any healing can be done, you must first realize that you are not feeling well. This may seem obvious, but for someone who is commonly emotionally disturbed, it may not even be noticeable because you’ve become so numb that you’ve gotten used to it.

You will only have effectively identified this problem once you have officially become self-aware of it. Usually people just allow their emotions to run them blindly without any level of mindfulness, and that is simply not an effective, efficient, and responsible way to handle yourself. It’s literally what children do when they have temper tantrums–they scream and cry until they get tired out and pass out.

Well, guess what? There are plenty of adults who still do the same thing. Maybe they don’t scream and cry like a little kid, but they complain and nag and take it out on other people, or just let it stay pent up inside of them, which is actually much worse.

The method I’ll be teaching you is basically how to have a controlled temper tantrum–a way to release your pain in a mature and efficient manner.

Step 2: Confront Your Situation

Once you’ve become self-aware of your emotions and feelings, you are now in a position to confront your problem. This step is typically where most people falter, because they are too afraid to face their problems head-on. This is also where most people resort to their destructive habits for pain relief, such as drinking, smoking, binge eating, playing violent video games, masturbating, etc.

Do these “band-aids” actually help? Sure, they provide temporary relief, but what happens later on? If these problems aren’t sufficiently taken care of through the process of healing, they can literally stay inside of people for the rest of their lives.

And people say cigarettes, car accidents, and cancer are the top killers in the world.

Well, guess what? That’s not even remotely true. Stress is the biggest killer there ever was and ever will be. It’s the cause of every problem known in modern society.

Have you noticed that cultures with low-stress lifestyles have little to no suicides and longer lifespans? Gee, I wonder why!

So this is the moment of truth. You are aware that you have a problem, and either you can handle it like a child by ignoring it or taking it out on someone else, or you can handle it like an adult and make the choice to properly heal it.

The fact that most people are not able to choose the path of healing is the primary reason why planet Earth is still in a developmental retard. We have 20, 30, and 40-year-old so-called adults still taking out their anger and frustration from childhood on innocent people. Do not be one of these emotional retards! You are better than that.

Step 3: Create a Space of Healing

Okay, so at this point you’ve recognized that you have a problem by becoming self-aware of it, and you’ve made the courageous decision to confront it and heal it. Congratulations, you’re now officially more emotionally mature than most other people on the planet!

So to create a space of healing, here is what I recommend:

1. Retreat to a place of sanctuary. Turn off the TV, get away from noisy people, and go somewhere that you feel safe and private. If you had to, you could even do this in a public bathroom or in your car, anywhere that you can feel secure and private.

2. Connect with nature. Light a candle, take a bath, go out for a walk in the woods, or do another task that helps you get centered and connected with nature. Natural elements like water and fire help to relax us and get us out of our heads. If you’re not at home and don’t have access to these things, you could just go outside or open a window to feel the wind.

3. Raise your vibration. Play music or use your own rhythmic breathing to raise your vibration and connect with your spirit. I personally listen to music a lot, so I’m very connected with particular songs that trigger my emotions. I’ve built a playlist for myself that I use whenever I need to do some intensive healing–most of the songs being from certain periods of my life that contain nostalgic value. Music isn’t necessary for everyone, but I find it very helpful, so I recommend it.

Step 4: Initiate the Process of Healing

So now you’ve created a peaceful environment for yourself. Maybe you’re lying in the bath tub with some candles lit and soft music playing. Maybe you’re sitting on the dock at a lake, a rock out in the woods, or on your bed.

Focus on the source of the pain until you are able to elicit an emotional response from yourself. If you’re grieving a deceased loved one, use a photo of them to help you connect with the memory of them until you completely break down.

If you’re doing this right, you should end up crying like a blubbering baby. Do this for as long as you need until you literally cannot cry another tear. Get it all out, all of it! Every last drop until you are hollow inside and have hit rock bottom (thank you, Fight Club).

It’s in this space of being that transformation (personal alchemy) occurs. It’s the process of shifting from one level of consciousness to another, and it is necessary in order to evolve on a spiritual level.

So now you may be thinking, “Damn it, Skyler! I’m a grown man or woman, and I haven’t cried since I was a kid. Crying’s for babies, and I’m an adult!”

Well, let me put it this way. Crying is the most effective method for healing because it covers all of your bodies (mental, spiritual, physical, emotional) at the same time. In fact, I’ll even venture to say that this is precisely what the function of crying actually is–a built-in method to facilitate the process of healing for the biological vessel, not just a way to express an emotional outburst, like we’ve always thought.

So this changes the perception of crying now, doesn’t it? Why do you think it’s so prominent in movies and professional actors are paid millions of dollars to do it on command with complete authenticity?

Because that’s where the magic of transformation lies. That’s how characters in stories progress–they go through the motions of their story arc, and once they hit rock bottom, there’s an emotional catharsis, and afterward they come out a changed person.


So this is the method for healing that I personally use and recommend to others. Of course, there are other ways of doing it, but I think this is the most efficient and effective method (at least that I know of).

If you can’t cry, then you still have a lot of personal work to do. I know this is difficult for most men who have been told their entire lives to suck it up, but if you want to be an emotionally healthy and mature individual, then you need to be able to heal yourself, and crying is the key to the process.

This will not only make life easier for you, but it’s the secret to living longer. If you can effectively combat stress, then you are preventing disease. Simple as that!

The Book that Changed My Life

Back in late 2010, after I had left my 9-5 job working at a software company in Baltimore, I officially entered a new transitional stage in my life. Fed up with the corporate slave routine of monotonous work Monday to Friday, party until I’m dead on the weekend to take my mind off work, then go back to work every Monday to repeat the process all over again, I knew I had to make a change in my life so that I wouldn’t end up in this situation again.

At this time, I had started to become more interested in subjects such as self-development and spirituality, since I had a hole in my soul that I needed to repair, and I was seeking guidance. Sound familiar at all? This “weekend warrior” lifestyle is very common among many people in society today, and it is truly, as I look back on it now, a serious disease.

Is there anything wrong with enjoying yourself on the weekend or partying every now and then? Obviously not, but when you are stuck in a vicious cycle of self-destructive behavior, this lifestyle takes on a different purpose: to escape, rather than enhance your life.

Since I never got into trouble and my actions didn’t negatively affect my work status or other people in my life, my situation wasn’t noticeably destructive to anyone other than myself, and being the norm for my peers as well, I never took it seriously as a real issue until one day I realized, after going through a rough break-up with my girlfriend at the time, that I needed to turn my life around and finally face the demons that stirred inside of me.

While I’ve read numerous books on self-development and spirituality, there is one in particular that had a profound impact on my life, eventually serving as the inspiration and catalyst for my spiritual awakening and decision to start the Freedom Earth community. This book was The Ringing Cedars Series, Book 1: Anastasia by Vladimir Megre.

I’ve talked briefly about The Ringing Cedars series and Anastasia’s teachings before, particularly regarding the concept of the Science of Imagery, but I’ve never gone into great depth about what makes this book (and the rest of the series) so powerful, special, and outstanding among others in the field.

Anastasia, whether she’s a real person or not, serves as the most advanced human being on the planet, and due to her natural upbringing in the Siberian wilderness, the source of her universal wisdom is completely intuitive, unfiltered, and unaffected by the fear-based conditioning and negative mental patterns that we adopt from living in modern society.

In other words, since she was never exposed to the indoctrination, manipulation, and brainwashing into the government-controlled capitalistic system that we all grew up in and continue to live in today, she has a completely different perspective on life, and exhibits natural human behavior, which is based on planetary service and spiritual connection.

She simply does not have the same baggage that we do. She has no existential angst, need for external gratification or ego stroking. Just like a tree, tiger, or sun she performs her objective duty of planetary service day in and day out without the dissociative, push-me pull-me mental struggle that we all endure, since we’ve been taught to look outside of ourselves to find the answers to life’s big questions, acceptance, and even love.

Anastasia is the most powerful teacher on the planet because she walks the talk in a way that any other teacher who lives in modern society simply cannot due to their conditioning of growing up in the system. As hard as we try to leave our old Matrix selves behind, the patterns are ingrained in our personalities, and it takes a life-long commitment (if it’s even possible at all) to overwrite those old patterns and completely transform ourselves.

We can certainly make a lot of progress and experience great change in ourselves (I certainly have come a long way from who I was before), but unless we fully dedicate ourselves to this goal (and I don’t mean just reading some books or going to seminars), we really just become more advanced versions of the same people we were before, but still have the same old negative habits buried underneath just with a shiny new exterior.

Anastasia is what took me to the next level of my development, serving as my initiation into 6D consciousness (the level of the higher self or extraterrestrial contact), while The Law of One material expanded on and explained the same concepts from another viewpoint.

These two sources combined became my foundation of universal knowledge, and of course, later on I discovered Dr. Georgi Stankov’s work on light body process (LBP) and ascension, which helped to bring everything full circle in my esoteric studies.

If Anastasia was my inspiration for Freedom Earth, Georgi was my wayshower and mentor, who gave me the courage and support to share my experiences with others, and pursue my dream of freedom, health, and prosperity for all people on the planet.

Here are some thoughts that struck me today. Nothing new, but always fun to talk about:

The Perception of Time

What keeps us trapped in the Matrix is our perception of linear time. It’s not the physical world itself that holds us back–that’s just the development environment we work in–it’s the perception (belief) that we are perpetually advancing forward through time, thus aging closer to our potential death dates without any control over our own mortality.

In other words, we are enslaved by our own indoctrinated feelings of existential angst. Without the experience of “seeing behind the curtain”, people can only know what they see right in front of their eyes–the immediate modern culture imposed upon them by society–the unwritten social rules and routines that turn the magic of life into a linear rat race.

What Kills Human Beings?

A person’s health degrades according to their choices, habits, and beliefs. Like water from a river constantly skimming over a rock, we erode ourselves with our negative patterns.

For example, I know a man who is 61 years old, overweight, and stricken with disease, ready to drop dead at any moment, and yet I know another man who is 68 years old and has the health and vitality of a man in his 20’s. So what sets these two men apart?

The 61-year-old lacks of love with women, has no passion for his work (it’s just a way to pay the bills), eats nothing but junk food, gambles frequently, has had the same group of friends his entire adult life, watches TV in his spare time, and has no real desire to live.

The 68-year-old has been happily married for many years, loves the work that he does, eats healthy food from his own garden that he decorated with glow decoration accessories that he gets online, reads books and literature in his spare time (doesn’t even own a TV), meets new people all the time, and has an absolute lust for life.

I’m not making this comparison to judge these people–neither lifestyle is right or wrong–I’m simply laying out the facts to provide an objective example. So who do you think will end up living longer? Of course, anything can happen in life, but putting extraordinary circumstances aside, the answer is obvious that it will probably be the 68-year-old.

Is Death a Choice?

People live exactly as long as they believe is possible for them. This belief is based on several factors, such as their worldview, lifestyle, past experiences, priorities, habits, and levels of mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional development. Technology and medicine certainly come into play as well, but I don’t think they’re as much of a factor, because healthy people simply don’t need help from external sources to take care of themselves.

Hollywood Romance vs. Unconditional Love

In Hollywood movies and TV shows we see the same stereotypical romantic stories told over and over again. As children, we are shown Disney movies involving princes and princesses chasing each other all around–the lure of forbidden love. It is drilled into our minds that we need to be “in love” to be happy and successful. But is it the relationship itself that makes two people happy, or is each person already in harmony by themselves?

As long as we try to compare ourselves to other people, whether it’s our parents or peers, we’re relinquishing our own individuality. While we all share the same world stage, each one of us is here to play our own game. This perception will help you to remain objective while pursuing your personal endeavors as well as dealing with others along the way.

Is Free Energy Technology for the Masses Finally Here?

Earlier this month, HopeGirl posted an announcement on her blog fully disclosing the details of a new initiative that would allow people to build their own QEG (quantum energy generator). All they would need to do is download the QEG plans, which have been released open-source, purchase the required parts, and assemble the device themselves.

Of course, anyone who has been following the story of free energy technology knows that it’s been a long and arduous battle to release it to the public on a mass scale, but this claim appears to be legitimate, as it’s backed with extensive evidence proving its reality.

Obviously, most people do not possess the technical knowledge to build a QEG on their own, but this is a major step forward in making it possible for those who do to begin producing them on a mass scale for others to purchase.

Just like any other technology, in time the design will be improved and innovated, and soon enough—barring any government interference—each one of us will be able to purchase our own QEG online or in a store, just like any other modern appliance.

So what does this mean for the average person? It means that we will no longer have to be chained to gas and electric utility companies to power our homes. We won’t have to submit to legislators pushing Agenda 21 bills, such as the Smart Grid/Smart Meter initiative, and we’ll be able to take our power back as sovereign citizens.

This is all still in the works, and a long way off from being in every home as conveniently as a washing machine, but the potential is looming on the horizon, and that is what makes this so exciting. Even if we have to wait another five to ten years for it to happen (which is probably a realistic timeline), at least there is hope for greater progress in the future.

The Parable of the Sitting Man

The other day in the shower (always the best place for inspiration), I posed this question to myself: What is a simple but powerful example that demonstrates how one person can change the world? Stories are always excellent teaching tools, so I immediately thought of an idea and started writing it out in my head. Here is what I came up with:

The Parable of the Sitting Man

For thousands of years, the man did not move. He sat on the beach Indian style, meditating with his eyes closed, as the waves crashed along the shore. He sat far enough away from the shoreline as not to be splashed by the waves, but near enough to remain connected with the current of the sea.

For thousands of years, the man had not eaten a bite or drank a sip. It was not necessary, since he was fulfilled by the energy of the sun. He had not read a book, spoken a word, or ever gone out on a date. His place was on the beach, and he did not require anything else.

For thousands of years, the regimes of mankind rose and fell, billions of people came and went, technology evolved, and a never-ending stream of new thoughts, trends, and philosophies were dreamed up and manifested, yet the man remained as still as ever, connected with the universal pulse of nature.

One day, a boy ran up to the man, asking for his help. He said his little brother had fallen off the rocks into the ocean, and that he nor his brother knew how to swim. The man did not move a muscle. The boy yelled at the man and pulled on his arm as he pleaded for help, but still, the man did not respond.

Eventually, the boy gave up his plea for help, and ran out to the rocks, overlooking where his brother was still struggling. As he saw his brother’s head disappear under the water, the boy gasped and yelled his brother’s name, but when he heard no reply, he knew what he had to do.

The boy jumped into the water after his brother, and although the boy struggled with the waves at first, he quickly overcame the current, grabbing hold of his brother and dragging him to the shore. He helped resuscitate him, and soon enough the two brothers were able to make it back to their family’s home, as if nothing out of the ordinary had occurred.

Ten years later, the boy, now a young man, was 18 years old, and one day he went down to the beach, curious if the sitting man was still there. To his surprise, he found the man sitting in the same spot that he’d seen him in all those years ago, as radiant and focused as ever.

The young man, unable to believe his eyes, went up to the sitting man, and even though the man did not react to his presence, the young man told him the story of his life, and how he saved his brother in the sea all those years ago.

While he had always resented the man for not helping him, he realized that by being forced to save his brother himself, he not only learned how to swim, but discovered true courage and responsibility within himself, and for this, he was grateful that the sitting man did not lend a helping hand all those years ago.

As the young man left, he felt sorry for the sitting man being alone all the time, so he promised he would tell others about him someday, and maybe then he wouldn’t be alone anymore.

Ten years later, the young man was now 28 years old, and a successful businessman. In an interview with a top media outlet, he shared his story about the sitting man, and how that experience changed his life. The interview went viral, and soon enough masses of people wanted to know who the sitting man was, and how they could find him.

Soon enough, journalists and other interested people from all over the world began visiting the sitting man, studying him, and some even meditating with him for days on end. Some were even so inspired by him that they created an entire charitable organization in his honor, and others even developed a new religion based on ideas inspired by him.

And yet, even after all this attention, the sitting man did not move.

More years passed, and as the influence of the sitting man’s philosophy grew, wars broke out all over the world, as those who opposed the sitting man wanted him dead, so the sitting man’s followers moved him into a secure temple off the beach.

The sitting man still did not react, and yet the people worshiped him as if he were a god. Hundreds of books inspired by his presence were written, documentaries were filmed, and he even won the Nobel Peace Prize.

Many years later, the young man who approached the sitting man all those years ago was now an old man at 93 years old, and he traveled all the way to the sitting man’s temple to pay him a visit.

Using a walker to make his way up to the sitting man’s throne, the old man slowly walked up the stairs until he finally stood before the sitting man, panting and exhausted. He filled the sitting man in on the rest of his life story since their last meeting, including the finest details of his memory, until he finally reached the present moment, and said:

“You know what, Sitting Man, I think you’ve had it right all along. All those years I spent wondering what to do with my life, and yet now, even at 93 years old, I still don’t have any more of a clue now than I did then. I guess all that’s left to do is sit down and think about it.”

And just as the old man sat down on the floor and closed his eyes, for the first time in thousands of years, the sitting man opened his eyes, smiled, stood up and stretched, and then disappeared in a flash of light. No one ever saw him leave, and no one had any idea where he went, but they all knew that he was gone, and never coming back.

And so the legend of the sitting man was passed on for centuries, from parent to child, teacher to student, and now I have shared it with you. What does it mean, exactly? Well, it’s hard to say, there are plenty of explanations, so why don’t you sit down and think about it?

The Trivium and Integration by Aegil Santos

As pattern seekers, how to practice acceptance, and at the same time, practice critical thinking? Also, how do we improve abstract thinking?

Why are we curious and interested to gain more knowledge and improve abstract thinking? Abstract thinking is about pattern seeking, this is why we are so curious about finding Natural Law. Curiosity starts with the basic question: What is better? You care, you sense something is out of touch, so this leads you to ask more questions: Who, What, When, When, Where, Why and How. After that answering your questions, you are excited to share.

The Trivium and the Quadrivium answers all those questions, thus is a form of creative (yang) meditation. They are the seven arts of mental freedom or liberating arts. Analytical skills are a large part of trivium, because Why? is the most important question.

The Trivium is an important tool for consciousness development. It requires initiative. Initiative is when you have conscious control of your emotions, thoughts and actions. The Trivium and the Quadrivium are skills that can be learnt. Equipped with initiative, it easier re-program yourself using the Trivium to better resonate with Natural Law. Reprogramming is about changing your daily train of thought. This way we can solve paradoxes we encounter in our daily lives.

Remembering what you have learnt is a key aspect of the Trivium. Only through introspection you can better remember what you have learnt, because you bring the facts close to you and your loved ones. So this is not about rote memorization or repeating one-liners. It is about slowly, but surely becoming a Renaissance Person.

An open mind is a balance of acceptance and critical thinking

To improve abstract thinking and become a sovereign being, we need to know how to think. Part of that is having an open mind. But what makes our mind open? Having an open mind is balancing acceptance or observation (empathy) and critical thinking (logic). This can also be called discernment, which is what the Trivium is all about.

Acceptance is right brained while critical thinking is left brained. So the right brain is useful for absorbing new knowledge, while the left brain is useful for making sure the new knowledge is free of logical contradictions. Then you change your behavior with the new knowledge.

As you all know, we need to look into ourselves to best verify information sources, thus we need to practice discernment. Practicing discernment involves not only avoiding superficial knee-jerk judgments, but also logical thinking, an important tool for integration. Logical thinking is our filter. Not trained to think analytically, “New” Agers practice discernment almost solely on emotions, which makes them prone to logical fallacies, inconsistencies and contradictions.

Practicing discernment involves a three-step process called the trivium.  Discernment is the grammar and logic stage, as will be described below. In a nutshell the Trivium is about maintaining curiosity and putting the conscious mind into good use. Trivium has requirements, as will be explained below.

Background of Trivium and the Quadrivium

The Classical interpretation was taught in schools in the Middle Ages. In the Middle Ages it was called:

– Grammar
– Logic
– Rhetoric

But with the amount of information control due to the mainstream media, many will pre-judge the Trivium as medieval and obsolete. In addition the Trivium is taught in mystery schools, so it has become esoteric. So the esoteric form is:

– Knowledge
– Understanding
– Wisdom

The Trivium interpretation below also takes into account today’s technological innovations. In addition to that, the interpretation below is suitable due to the prevalence of computers and the tools used in economic activity. Also, the five senses are the input devices of the human body. Also, knowing that the brain works as an astral antenna, the higher realms can instill curiosity and intuition as input (the intuitive subconscious mind).

– Input
– Processing
– Output

Due to the obfuscation of information in the Modern Ages, it is important to highlight the importance of quiet introspection and self reflection. Keeping the similarity to the esoteric interpretation, it can be interpreted as:

– Exploration
– Introspection
– Sharing

The importance of proper order in the Trivium

The key reason why it has to follow a proper order/sequence is that the human mind works sequentially. When it is out of order, or fractured, we will only know what to think, thus making us susceptible to insidious programming. In the dictionary, it is shown as Grammar-Rhetoric-Logic, which is wrong.

Knowing the proper order will help streamline your thinking and will help you gain your right to program yourself based on understanding Natural Law. Taking them out of order will confuse you. This is why it is called Input-Processing-Output. You cannot have the outputs before you process it.

You cannot find out why (introspection) without first exploring it because introspection requires a wealth of information. You cannot share your personal touch without at first introspecting. Introspection is personal. You cannot eat your sandwich before you make it. So it cannot be Introspection-Exploration-Sharing, with respect to personal touch.

Requirements of Trivium: conquering superficiality

The Trivium has requirements – courage to face yourself and to think outside the box. The Trivium is not only about how to think, but how to avoid pre-judging. Pre-judgement is defined as knee-jerk judgment while neglecting to look deeply into yourself. Thus it is a superficial attitude and a logical fallacy to pre-judge. Also we cannot just jump into conclusions without first doing a thorough introspection (analysis).This way, you miss opportunities.

The word “judge” is highly frowned by New Agers, but there is a big difference between pre-judgment and good judgment. Pre-judgment doesn’t use the Trivium, whereas good, healthy judgment is part of the Trivium.

With respect to the importance of order, we cannot first evaluate (judge) the information before doing a thorough analysis. Proper judgment requires analysis. The Trivium can help us practice healthy judgments to help manifest the desired behavior.

It is how to think, not what to think

Logic and abstract thinking is an important but underestimated discernment tool by New Agers. On the one hand, New Agers think it is fine just to accept and accept, and they dismiss rejection. But rejection is useful for evading logical fallacies and we have a right to say “no” to insidious practices.

On the other hand, due to compartmentalized thinking (cognitive deadlock) and being inept at emotions, pseudo-skeptics think calling names is critical thinking, also they debunk all the time while forgetting the epistemological foundation. Furthermore, pseudo-skeptics complicate left-brained abilities that they sound more difficult to apply at first glance.

How do we solve the insidious programming or nurture that has been placed on these factions? They only know what to think, hearing only what they want to hear (willful ignorance). Also, they may have unresolved inferiority complexes. That is why they seem to be perpetually at odds with each other. There is a choice (alternatives), so the power of choice is integral to the Trivium.

You have to recognize your brain power here. Due to some superficial habits, some things are too daunting to hear. Now from the perspective of the Trivium, the saying “use, or exercise your brain” has a new meaning.

Knowing how to think is knowing how to use your whole brain. Hard-hitting information full of treasures you have never expected can take you by storm. Don’t worry, you may be hard-hit, but it is worth it because it can shed new light to inferiority complexes (self-doubt). Using the conscious mind is about putting into the foreground any resentment, inferiority complexes and logical fallacies you may not notice.

The task of challenging old habits by putting them in the foreground can be daunting, but this is normal when you want to reprogram yourself and expand your comfort zone. “Using the brain” means using giving a break the subconscious or bio-robot part responsible for habits. Instead, the intuitive part of the subconscious: the higher self should be given a chance. That means replacing some unchallenged superficial habits with based on the new information.

The steps of the Trivium

1. Exploration

This answers the Who, What, When and Where. This where all observation happens, so empathy is very useful here. We can be in the flow curiously exploring information sources. When you are just in the flow, you can be an autodidact. This phase can also remind you of your personal experiences (five senses), if you are honest with yourself, you will bring them to the foreground.

This is the information hungry or the curious phase. This is where interesting knowledge is gathered. Right brain is used here. Here, you hear out multiple points of view by giving them the benefit of the doubt. So that means you read eclectic information sources without prejudging them. After hearing it out, you notice there is a problem with what is happening in the world.

Knowledge is occulted as part of social conditioning to sidestep and taint curiosity, which leads to nescience. For example, many liberating fringe topics, such as The Trivium, The Quadrivium and The Real Law of Attraction have been occulted. As said in the requirements, not many are willing to take the effort to explore other information sources by moving out of the box. Thinking in terms of possibilities is essential to exploration.

The subconscious reactions not based on intuition (habits and homeostasis) have to be side-stepped to fully recognize what is happening. So it takes willpower (initiative) to go out of autopilot and use the intuitive part of the subconscious mind to help us in this phase.

This is where reprogramming starts – knee-jerk emotions and inferiority complexes have to rise to the foreground. This way, emotional intelligence has a new meaning. Here are examples of knee-jerk reactions (pre-judgments) that preventing many from passing through this stage:

– “This is just too crazy to think about or even hear it.” (pseudo-skeptic)
– “They will call me a fool for reading this.” (pseudo-skeptic)
– “Since it is so harsh, there is no longer any value in the information.” (typical New Ager)

When you are exhausted looking for information and want to sort everything, you move on to introspection. Also, when some information has hit you very hard (overwhelmed), you would be eager to go to the introspection phase. Also, despite it being hard-hitting, you might be eager to find out why the inferiority complex has been around all this while. So some information acts as a mirror. Sometimes to help us better understand the very advanced information, we have to introspect first.

2. Introspection

You will find out Why here. This is a very left brained activity. This is where diagnosis takes place. It has two main parts: analysis and evaluation. This is where thoughts are managed with the help of emotions. This is where logic and mathematics (if necessary) is used. Logic is about structure, so this phase is about determining how logically/structurally sound your perception based on any hard-hitting information. Paradoxes encountered in the exploration phase are solved here.

This is the decision making process or the language of silence. Why silence? You take a break from external information and use silence to better facilitate the decision making process. This can be more strenuous than the exploration phase because it requires all your knowledge. Some call introspection “occupying yourself.”

A large part of introspection involves using analytical skills to better look into yourself. Analytical skills are about breaking the information into parts, then investigating what is happening based on the information you can understand so far. Knowledge is required before you can relate several points of view.

This phase can also be called outrospection, because you can think of your loved ones here (the big picture of love).

2.1 Analytical skills

Though it is not mentioned in the book Analytical Skills Can Unlock Your Hidden Potential, analytical skills consist of 4 sub-steps. They are the core of reprogramming. These are the steps various fields of knowledge are integrated (connected):

– Breaking the various sources of information or points of view into parts (disassembly). They include knowledge before you gained new ones from the exploration phase. After breaking them up, we correlate those eclectic sources of information, while reflecting on yourself and your loved ones using those types of reasoning below:

– Inductive reasoning is about relating your experiences (five senses) with the hard-hitting information, or any U-set knowledge. After finding out the relationships (correlation), those relationships may remind you of some personal experiences. This is integration.

– Deductive reasoning is apophatic inquiry, where you say no to obsolete thought patterns, logical fallacies, inferiority complexes (self-doubt) and pre-judgments, in light of the hard-hitting information. You decide what to throw away anything out of touch. Integration is also about breaking the barriers to integration (N-sets) to ensure a sound structure. This is the filter, or the cleaning-up phase (coming clean).

– Analysis is about comparing and contrasting, so the magic of numbers (The Quadrivium) can be used when needed to make better decisions, and help in reasoning. The word “rational” is based on the word “ratio”.

For your abstract thinking to improve and better remember knowledge, it is best to relate the information based on your personal experiences (inductive reasoning) and the experience of your loved ones. Very importantly, introspection and outrospection best starts by looking back at the basic existential needs and how they are distributed. Basic evidence is required before you can understand the basics of Natural Law.

The point of view of the basic existential needs and how they are replenished is the epistemological foundation (or the semantically compromised phrase “common sense”) where we can anchor our critical thinking, thus is essential for those not familiar with Natural Law. As your abstract thinking improves, you will easily understand the list of logical fallacies*. So the foundation of how to detect those logical fallacies is knowledge of how basic existential needs work for every being.

Deductive reasoning or apophasis is about eliminating the concepts that compartmentalize thinking – like vacuum, entropy and scarcity. This is heart-based critical thinking. This is still correlation at work – you break them up and find if something is out of touch or clashing. We can make logical fallacies, inconsistencies and contradictions if we overlook some vital part of the information, or throw the baby with the bathwater. That way, integration is incomplete.

After you go through the all the analytical skills, synthesis or assembly is done due to correlation (inductive and deductive reasoning). The important thing about the correlation is that you get new insights by linking the valuable parts from the eclectic information sources. You get Aha! moments here. Synthesis can better happen when you include your personal experiences and feelings about what on Earth is really happening. So you cannot synthesize without first analyzing several points of view.

2.2 Evaluation

Evaluation is judgment done only after heartfelt introspection. This is where you determine how valuable (rating) the information sources you have gathered, and how willing you want to share information sources you have went through. This is also the place for deciding if your new ideas (synthesis) are suitable to be presented, for example, you have at least basic writing skills?

Now that the solution has been decided, what is the conclusion? Evaluation, or judging is about making healthy conclusions. As said above, we cannot make a firm decision or firm conclusions without first analyzing. Also, we cannot make conclusions based on logical fallacies or contradictions. Good judgment can only be done after a fair analysis and weeding out as much logical fallacies as you can.

Can the synthesis be shared? It has to be shared in a form where people can understand. Compared to the information already established, do you think it is capable of providing revolutionary explanations? Basic skills such as writing skills and organizing your text are needed to decide if it can be shared.

3. Sharing

This answers the How – how did you go through the knowledge. How to solve the problems, to be more specific, based on what has been done in the exploration and introspection stages. This is where the power of the left and right brain comes together. It is introspection that can be applied as daily train of thought, thus it is knowledge and understanding applied. Thus this is how you behave after deciding in the analysis phase. So this is where human behavior comes in.

This is where ideas take physical form, so this is where action is taken. Only when action is taken, we make ourselves available for new experiences, by expressing ourselves based on the new things we have learnt. Wisdom or Rhetoric is knowledge that can be expressed, if done effectively is called teaching. Teaching is action.

Wisdom is the combination of having experience, knowledge and good judgment. Also it is the complete synthesis. Actions also get your thoughts in order. Only when you have added your personal touch, you can better understand more advanced and abstract information sources which will remove any logical fallacies you have not solved.

Upward Spiral

The Trivium can be used for continuous improvement. You can start the trivium again if you feel there is anything to improve in your rhetoric/sharing. So, you can rinse and repeat, this way your progress will snowball. Expression or sharing helps very much in proceeding to more advanced knowledge. That means, each time you go through all of the three steps, you are equipped to handle more abstract information, better filter the information bombarding us every day as a sovereign being.

Short introduction to the Quadrivium

The Quadrivium is about basic mathematics. Mathematics is very analytical. Mathematics is an extension of human logic.

Without our ability to compare and contrast, there would be no mathematics, so there would be no ability to quantify. Without comparative and probabilistic vocabulary in the world languages, it would be hard to quantify.

Just like the Trivium, the Quadrivium also has to follow a proper order. Here is the sub-steps of the Quadrivium, based on the content of The Magic of Numbers:

Arithmetic or numbers: Ability to count using number writing systems and perform basic mathematical operations.

Geometry or numbers in space: Ability to make sense of shapes and use ratios and statistics. Basic geometry.

Music or numbers in time: Engineering design and musical composition. Right brained part of the quadrivium.

Astronomy or numbers in space and time: Tuning your creative works to natural cycles, movement of celestial bodies, and resonance with Natural Law/Universal Law.

Since Astronomy is the totality of abstract thinking, our understanding of Astronomy will improve with the more knowledge processed with the upward spiral (snowball effect) of the Trivium.

Here are the notes that I took during a meditation session today. I suggest to take these ideas merely as a starting point to develop your own philosophy and unlock/discover greater depths of understanding within yourself, rather than adopting them outright.

  1. All suffering is legitimate.
  2. Suffering is inevitable as long as there is lack of harmony/equilibrium between man and nature.
  3. All suffering is a result of disconnection from nature/spirit.
  4. Spirit = Nature
  5. It is said that negative human behavior (violence, greed, etc.) is human nature, but it is really only disconnected human nature
  6. Suffering is the cause of all disease.
  7. Disease = Disharmony
  8. Mastery is being at one’s highest level of consciousness., and is completely neutral without disease.
  9. A master is an individual who is able to achieve his or her highest level of consciousness on command, and maintain that state of being as long as required or even all the time, depending on their goals.
  10. In a state of mastery one is connected with nature, and thus acts naturally.
  11. A master is a natural at what they are a master of. For example, a master actor is so good at acting that they appear completely natural, as if they are not even acting at all.
  12. Suffering = Disease
  13. Your suffering is your guide to self-development. By transmuting suffering, you are neutralizing disease from your bodies.
  14. There are multiple bodies (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual), all of which need to be properly purified to function at the highest level.
  15. When you pray, you allow yourself to be the prey of astral (thought form) entities, i.e. you give your power away to other entities outside of yourself. This is the fault of religion. It teaches people to externalize their power to thought forms, such as Jesus Christ or Hindu gods. This is detrimental because it removes responsibility of the transmutation process from the individual to another entity, i.e. Jesus will heal your sins, rather than handling the problems yourself.
  16. Transmutation is a painstaking process. It is done by allowing your suffering to surface, and literally crying/sweating it out by sitting with it and thinking about it deeply until the emotional charge is neutralized. If you do not transmute your suffering, it will cause you much stress, and thus disease. This is what kills people, and is why the human life span is so short. People don’t know how to properly heal themselves, although referring back to #2, suffering will never end until equilibrium is achieved.
  17. Truth = Nature
  18. The truth is neutral. It cuts hard and swift like a sword.
  19. Truth can only be objective. Anything subjective, such as a person’s opinion of a movie, is a belief.
  20. Nature is the natural condition of things. It is without opinion or basis. It just is.
  21. The only way to advance spiritually is by clearing veils, which involves passing trials of suffering, fear, and egoic death.
  22. The more times you die (egoically), the more advanced you will become, thus those who are the most advanced are those with the most experience, especially at failure.
  23. Those who are the most evolved possess the most updated beliefs that allow them the greatest access to power and freedom.
  24. Is money important? It is not nothing, but it is not everything either.
  25. Phony (conditional) love is golden like a piece of jewelry but ultimately has no intrinsic value. Unconditional love is a source of amplification, and a catalyst of change/transformation.
  26. Conditional love is an emotion, and it is fleeting, much like success, whereas unconditional love is a feeling or state of being.
  27. You learn a lot more from suffering than love, much like failure and success, although both are valuable experiences, because they track progress of one’s current status in a trial. A trial can be anything that provides experience, ranging from a romantic relationship to an actual court trial.
  28. Why do we incarnate into physicality? It is a way to simulate experiences in an intensive manner in order to catalyze spiritual growth, much like acting in a play.
  29. We are all actors pretending to be human beings. We’re all really just one macrocosmic entity (God/spirit/nature) splitting into microcosmic physical forms.
  30. Spiritual development can be measured in frequency or vibration of thought. The higher the state of consciousness, the quicker and more powerful a person’s creative capabilities (ability to manifest thoughts into physical form) will be.
  31. What is density? Density is level of consciousness, which is determined by how many veils one has cleared. An open-minded person will be able to access less dense (more abstract) ideas.
  32. The more one is aware of the macrocosmic nature of existence and it’s subsequent levels, the higher his or her level of consciousness will be.
  33. What is a collective? A group of microcosmic entities that together form a macrocosmic entity, a singular voice that determines reality. This is why the most powerful (most energized) ideas win (manifest), because humanity is a collective.
  34. Influence = Power
  35. Power = The ability to manifest thoughts/ideas

Riots in Ukraine – The Next Sign of Global Collapse

In my previous article, Are We Living in a Post-Apocalyptic World?, I discussed the idea of our current status as a society being post-apocalyptic, and I think the recent riots in Ukraine have brought forth the truth of that argument even further.

While there have been many other similar protests and riots throughout the globe recently and over the past decade, this one really hit me in a different way for some reason, as if to say, “See, I told you so!“, like this is what is to come in the future as long as the old power structure remains intact, and the tyrants remain on their respective thrones.

The photos and video footage of the riots look like something out of a movie, and it’s just surreal. One of the videos showed a Polish reporter marching in the crowd with the protesters at the beginning of the riot, and it reminded me of scenes from the movie Gangs of New York, as the protesters were dressed in all types of makeshift armor carrying homemade weapons as they charged ahead to face off against the police, throwing molotov cocktails and any other objects that could cause some damage.

It looked brutal and real in a way that shook me up unlike other riots that seemed more like a few punks causing trouble, or at least that was how they were depicted by the media. This was more like two rival gangs meeting up to brawl, and the people just seemed so nonchalant about it, as if this is just what they do and it’s nothing out of the ordinary.

I think watching movies and even simply the news has really desensitized and filtered my perception, as everything always seems so much farther away from reality, because it’s not happening in my backyard where everything is always business as usual. It simply made it real for me in a way that hadn’t occurred before—that this is happening in the world, and it could very well be in the streets of my neighborhood soon enough.

So tying this in with my article on the post-apocalypse, this particular riot seemed to have surfaced in a way that proved my article was accurate, and it makes me wonder just how far away we are from the next stage of collapse.

This is all, of course, necessary in progressing forward to the next stage of development on the planet, as the old must fade away before the new can arise, but the question that we’re always left with is what do we about it in the mean time? How do we live with this situation?

Well, my answer to this before was to simply endure and survive. To add on further to that answer, I say don’t just survive, but live life as if you are on a perpetual vacation. When you’re on vacation, you’re in a relaxed state of mind. There is no stress, because there is no rush, no place you have to be on time, or if there is, it’s not a big deal if you’re late or experience some kind of mishap.

When you’re on vacation, your focus is on being present and enjoying yourself as much as possible, even though you’re still doing all of the things you typically do, anyway.

When you eat your food, you taste it more, because you’re not in a rush to get back to your busy life. If you start doing something and get interrupted, it’s not a big deal, since you can just finish the task later. You’re not so hard on yourself, and you’re not so stressed out.

If you can make your entire life a vacation, then you’re winning the game. There’s no score, no one keeping track, but you know the difference—there is no fooling yourself.

So, while life in this crazy world may not be perfect, within your own life you can strive to maintain harmony and experience gratitude in the moment. It’s a simple switch in your state of mind, but it is everything. Enjoy the wasteland!

Are We Living in a Post-Apocalyptic World?

Yesterday in my article, Why Do We Suffer?, I briefly discussed the idea of planet Earth currently being in a state of post-apocalypse, and in this article I am going to explore this concept more in-depth.

As I mentioned, I became aware of this idea myself while watching Mark Passio’s presentation on Natural Law, and you can hear him talk about this concept at the 2:54:30 mark of the Part 3 video.

To start things off, let’s define the word apocalypse so that we are thinking on the same page without the distortions of the pop culture doom and gloom depiction of it.

This is the apocalypse slide from Mark’s presentation, and as you can see, what apocalypse actually means etymologically has nothing to do with the major doom and gloom and catastrophic scenarios presented in the Book of Revelation or in Hollywood movies and television shows, but merely to reveal, take out of hiding, or de-occult.

If you ask most people what they think apocalypse means it is highly probable they will say “the end of the world” or reference something like Cormac McCarthy’s novel The Road, which is actually not post-apocalyptic according to this definition, but more like post-catastrophic, cataclysmic, or disaster.

Of course modern dictionaries will tell you differently, and just looking at the definition Google provides, you’ll see:


  1. the complete final destruction of the world, esp. as described in the biblical book of Revelation.
  2. an event involving destruction or damage on an awesome or catastrophic scale.

So when did the apocalypse actually occur, then? If we really need to set a date in linear time, perhaps we could denote December 21, 2012, but really you could say the unveiling of the dark agenda started to happen on a mass scale much earlier in 2011 when Occupy Wall Street began, and if we’re still attributing a doom and gloom disaster scenario to being the official denotion of the apocalypse, I’d say 9/11 was it, and ever since then we have been in a post-apocalyptic state.

Perhaps that is a myopic perspective (as I am an American), since many other much worse catastrophes have occurred throughout the globe in the past decade, but that event was absolutely a trigger for the initiation of a police state in America and the rest of the world by the globalists, and has a particular significance since it was a manmade plot and not a natural disaster (although who knows these days with HAARP).

Anyway, other than the rapid societal collapse that has occurred in the wake of 9/11 (okay, let’s just use that date for now) being sufficient evidence of being a state of post-apocalypse, if we look to pop culture at what is popular in the collective consciousness, the television show The Walking Dead is by far not only the most popular current show, but as I’ve heard in the media, the most popular TV show ever.

In a previous article I wrote last year called How to Gauge the Focus of the Collective: Watch the Trends in the Film Industry, I listed off several post-apocalyptic (post-disaster) films that were being released, including The Hunger Games: Catching FireThis is the EndWorld War ZStar Trek Into DarknessOblivion, and After Earth, all of which depicted doom and gloom disaster scenarios and were highly successful in the box office.

Studios only release movies that are relevant to what audiences want to see, so obviously the concept of post-apocalyptic disaster is what’s on the public mind, because it is what we are actually living through right now.

I don’t think most people realize this because they are still living in modern homes with their power on, and their way of life hasn’t changed too much, or in other words because “it’s not in their backyard,” but if they were to do some research about what’s going on with other people in the world, they’d see how destitute the situation is, as thousands of people are now living in tent cities across America, and I’m sure even worse conditions in other parts of the world.

The last point I want to make is that we are currently caught in the middle of the shift between the previous astrological era, the Age of Pisces, and the new era, the Age of Aquarius. The knowledge of the dark agenda has been unveiled on a critical mass scale, yet we still have not fully transitioned into the next phase of the evolutionary cycle, thus we are caught in a post state rather than fully engaged in a new one.

The transition is gradually making way, and inevitably we will cross the threshold to the other side, no longer in a post state, but fully entered into the next era, which according to theory/prophecy will be one of global prosperity and harmony as we shift into our rightful place as a transgalactic society.

Higher levels of disclosure will come with this, but first we have to get through this stage of the process, and like I said yesterday, just do what you can to endure and survive. Like a baby being born, there are labor pains along the way, and that is what we’re experiencing as a society as the old power structure leaves the scene kicking and screaming and the new one based on abundance and freedom arrives.
